The transition of an international hotel from Developer to Operator needs to be seamless. To achieve this, the design and implementation of the ICT must accurately reflect the needs and wants of the Operator from a hotel management point of view from the start of the design phase.

At DAVD, we ensure we know all management and operational requirements.

From a technology perspective, appropriate systems infrastructure design will be incorporated to allow easy implementation of the latest hardware and software systems provided by all parties involved. DAVD ensures that only “proven reliable” solutions are utilised.

Most international hotel chains have their own compliance issues that must be addressed. To ensure complete integration of these issues and adherence to Australian Standards Requirements, DAVD coordinates with all relevant consultants.

DAVD provides a Project Management role throughout the planned installation to mitigate design errors and misconceptions. This includes liaising with the appointed specialist Contractors and Consultants so that all overlapping briefs between disciplines can be documented in detail.

A self-contained apartment hotel with 128 Apartments. Integrated with a heritage listed building, the nine-storey hotel offers a range of accommodation options. The building has been designed for energy efficiency, with a 6-7 Energy Star Rating, and utilises state of the art ICT technologies.
