It also must be resilient to misuse as many personnel; sometimes untrained, may be operating the system. The combinations of systems, including Audio, Video, Television, CCTV and more, by multiple staff members are easily addressed by designing a single user-friendly interface despite an overall complex control system.

A self-contained apartment hotel with 128 Apartments. Integrated with a heritage listed building, the nine-storey hotel offers a range of accommodation options. The building has been designed for energy efficiency, with a 6-7 Energy Star Rating, and utilises state of the art ICT technologies.
